Basics

WE MEAN

Children have to leave their mark. They love to stomp through puddles, play with hands in the sand, and use their fingers to spread paint on paper.

Children need elementary, holistic experiences for their development. For this reason, we visit the forest weekly with the 4 year old children. Today's limited living and experience spaces for children make exercise and awareness training an even more necessary part of educational tasks in the elementary sector. The kindergarten has an educational mandate. This is discussed and implemented through regular reflection with the parents and the team, e.g. through personal discussions with parents, email contact, telephone calls and employee meetings. In addition to the care, the contact supports the upbringing and education of the child in the family. It is particularly challenging nowadays to see the needs of children and to stand up for them. In our team we are in constant communication to master this challenge.

When planning and designing our day care facility, we went many ways and dealt with various educational concepts. One focus of our facility is early childhood music education. There is a cooperation with the municipal music school. Furthermore, it is important to us that we incorporate diversity, sustainability, nature and environmental education into everyday life in order to give the children a stable foundation for their journey. We want to support the children through participation (right of co-determination) and motivate them to gain their own experiences. Being able to “be a child” is very important to us, without pressure to perform and with a lot of appreciation.

If you feel like it, just follow this trail. The further development of our concept is a changeable process that is constantly being reconsidered, reflected upon and further developed.

AIM OF OUR WORK

By creating a balanced atmosphere, we try to convey security and security to the children and parents.

In dealing positively with one another, we want to achieve the following goals:

  • Promotion of the whole personality Being able to experience and accept one's own person and the otherness of others Increase in self-esteem Education for helpfulness, solidarity and cooperation
  • Promotion of independence Knowledge transfer according to the development of the individual
  • Promotion of social behavior

  • Encourage creativity and imagination

The implementation is carried out by:

  • Changed room design and use, i.e. the rooms are equipped differently in order to meet the needs of children for movement, play, retreats, etc.
  • Sensible play materials, in addition to prefabricated materials made from everyday and natural materials, which stimulate the children's imagination
