Employee

Our multi-professional daycare team works holistically and inclusively. It is comprised of full-time and part-time specialists and support staff with diverse qualifications and perspectives. In addition, the team includes trainees on internships that change annually. Our housekeeper takes care of the kitchen and cleaning.

The team promotes an inclusive attitude that sees diversity as enrichment and an environment where all children feel welcome, safe, and valued.

Basics

In our daycare, the child is the focus. We work according to an open concept that gives children the opportunity to actively shape their world, develop freely, and discover their individual strengths. Unlike the traditional group model, our rooms are designed as functional areas—e.g., a construction room, a studio, a role-play area, a laboratory, or a movement room. The children decide for themselves where they want to play, explore, or be creative. This structure enables diverse experiences and encourages independent learning. Participation is not an add-on for us, but a part of everyday life. Our educational staff see themselves as learning companions. They observe, provide inspiration, ask questions, and support the children in their individual learning processes.
