Basics

The AWO Kita Mini Max is a four-group, active daycare center with 62 children aged 4 months to 6 years. In cooperation with EVA (Energieversorgungs- und Verkehrsgesellschaft mbH Aachen), seven U3 places are reserved as company kindergartens for employees of the group.

We offer our children living and experiential spaces that are individually tailored to their needs. Free play is very important to us. The children not only get to know their regular group, but also explore the entire building with its diverse play options as they gain confidence. All play areas, both indoors and outdoors, are optimally used for movement, creativity, role-play, retreat, communication, and creative and constructive play.

The specialist and support staff work closely with the families to enable the children to experience holistic personal development, taking their individual life situations into account.

Employee

Our multi-professional daycare team works holistically and inclusively. It is comprised of full-time and part-time professionals and support staff with diverse qualifications and backgrounds. In addition, the team includes trainees who complete internships each year. Our housekeeper takes care of the kitchen and cleaning.

The team promotes an inclusive approach that sees diversity as enrichment and an environment in which all children feel welcome, safe, and valued.
